ABOUT HELLO HAPPY

A community-driven space designed to help you become the happiest and healthiest version of you.

We believe that wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all—it’s personal, ever-evolving, and deeply intertwined with every part of your life. At Hello Happy, we provide tools, stories, and support to help women care for their minds, bodies, and relationships—without the pressure to be perfect.

OUR MISSION & VISION

To help women become the happiest & healthiest versions of themselves.

We aim to redefine what it means to be well—mentally, physically and emotionally—for women everywhere. We want to create a world where women feel seen, supported, and empowered to take care of themselves on their own terms.

To us, that means sharing content, resources, and tips that will help level up your life on a daily basis. From fitness insights to therapy techniques to yummy mocktail recipes, we aim to equip you with the tools needed to live your happiest & healthiest life.

MEET CHELSEA

Hello Happy was born from my own long, messy, yet beautiful journey with my mental health, burnout, and healing.

I was craving a space that felt both real and uplifting—where wellness didn’t feel like a checklist, a trend, or something being sold to me by influencers online.

So I created it. And now I want to share it with other women, too.

Here, I share the tools that helped me, the truths I’ve learned (oftentimes the hard way), and the reminders I wish more women heard growing up.
